R3 Public BETA 1.3.120 Patch Now Available
BETA, BETA, BETA....
Hello All.
The latest build of the R3 Beta (officially called build 1.3.120) is now located in the private members area for you to download.
You need to be a registered owner of the game to obtain this build.
This patch corrects a number of issues with the previous build (1.3.84) including;
- Arcade control fixes. The QB properly reacts when you pull back the controller after the snap.
- Numerous Canadian clock rules fixes.
- Various depth chart fixes.
- Various stats fixes.
- Player generation fixes (players should no longer generate skill over the 99 level).
- Various draft fixes.
- Injured player substitution fixes.
- Various PDS fixes.
- Added additional checks to ensure that 3rd party stadiums don't crash the game if they're not assembled properly.
- Saved game fixes.
- Second half kick off bug fixed.
- A couple of utilities fixes.
- With indoor rules, a touch back on a missed field goal now comes out to the 10 yard line. Previously, it was placed at the point of the kick.
- A safety scored in sudden death overtime no longer requires the scoring team to receive a kick off, but rather the game just ends.
I've also added support for a 53 man roster, and 7 round draft.
There have been a few bugs reported in the past week that you will not find fixed in this build. Such things as a delay of game called on a defensive team during an audible, or the inability to set motion going backwards on a US field, as well as some others. These issues were reported too late for me to get into the build you're about to download, but I can assure you I'm working on them (some are already fixed).
So that said, when is the next one? Well, Christmas is approaching quickly. I think we all know what that means. Things tend to slow down for a week or two. I would not expect a further public beta until after the new year.. a note to the private testers, you're not off the hook because I'll still be sending you builds [;)]
Again, this is a BETA release, you will still see odd things happen, but hopefully, far fewer of them.
Thanks for your support.
