This is with the newest release. The previous play they got a first down but the downs didn't recycle and they repeated 3rd and 3 even though the first down stripe was already crossed. After getting another 6 yards on this play, the downs recycled. However in another game the team did not get the yards and kicked the following play.

Please post build numbers. saying 'newest release' will not be specific enough as more patches come out.
 
What was the situation on the clock when this happed? Were you able to save the game? If so, please send me the save file.

same situation here: game played in PC vs PC 3D mode (not quick simmed)

Team A is ahead 13-7 with less than 10 minutes to go in the game. it is 3rd & 1. They run for a 2 yard gain, you can see the red line clearly 1 yard further than the yellow line but the down doesn't stick, they line up for the next play and it is still 3rd & 1. Subsequently they lose a yard on that play and have to punt. and they also lost the game.

It happens in the most current release. Happened to me recently and I posted a pic also
