Davenport is CITY8; some typos

In the Small Setup scenario, Davenport, Iowa, is named CITY8.

On the Political Report the countries' names are an inconsistent mixture of nouns and adjectives. Europe uses both. Great Britain and France use only nouns. Nouns may be used as adjectives, but the game should use a constant style.
In the game now:
"Europe sends..." and "European support..."
but:
"France sends..." and "France support..."

The Poltical Report even uses both "Britain" and "England."
In the game now:
"Britain sends..."
but:
"England support..."

The game actually uses all three of these terms: "Great Britain," "Britain," and "England." That country should have only one name in FoF.

We'll update the province file for the small setup, thanks.

I'll see what the manual calls Old Blighty and stick with that.

The display above the Attachment Box lists the containers' capacities in divisions instead of brigades.
