I conquered this city but for some reason couldn't control the province. Not sure if this is a bug with Cairo or maybe somehow related to the gunboat bug. The Union did have a gunboat in the province and it never left. It didn't prevent my moving in and out but it did somehow prevent me from capturing the province even though I captured the town. Couldn't get supply in the province either which I thought was odd. Kept having to rotate units in and out because the supply was going to 0.

well one hint for you Joram - just attack another Union province - the boat is likely to move along the river - and then you'll be able to capture the province later on ...
