Apologies for being such a hermit recently...

...and for those of you who worried about my health and welfare, a great big "Thanks!"

I'd like to be able to tell you that I was laid up in the hospital with a life-threatening illness, in a coma, inconsolably grieving over the loss of a loved one, "disappeared" as an enemy combatant, being tortured in Room 101, or incommunicado in the Bohemian B&D Klinik's Room 69. However, the truth is much more mundane than that - and a bit more embarrassing.

You see, 30 days ago, I made a very grave error. I bought Medieval 2: Total War, and have been utterly, completely, and yes...Totally...addicted to the game. So much so, that I've been neglecting my family, my friends, my job, my duties, and even my dental hygeine. The teeming life forms in my mouth are only slightly less numerous than that in an average hectare of Amazonian Rainforest, my saddlesores aren't just from my bicycle anymore, my reading glasses have become more a necessity than I'd like to admit, and I smell bad. In short...M2TW pwned me!

Now, before you worry too much, I am still involved with TOAW 3, and this past month of M2TW debauchery has allowed my obsessive compulsiveness a nice outlet, so I think I can get back to work on my development, support and moderating duties with a clearer mind...

However, if I seem to be backsliding and not responsive to your pressing TOAW 3 support questions, please PM me, or email me, through the forum software here (click on the public profile link).

Happy Holidays to all, and thanks again!

Damn!  ... I need to check that game out.

I've never had a game like that but i've been eyeballing them for months at the Wally World / Target' / BestBuy shelves ... I think that's were I saw them.

Now it appears I have the best recommendation I've ever heard for a wargame.

[:D][:D][:D] LMAO!

Welcome back! (Glad I never installed MS-OdorRama on my workstation.) I've been itching for that game - but I've been having to wait because I'm sure that the wife or kids will get it for me for Christmas.
