I learned my lesson . Never accept pbem from ppl who just open acc . At least not as a Japan , he left afther 30 turns

If no one ever took a game from a new account they would never be able to get a game.
I believe anyone should be given a first chance. You did the right thing.

If you look better he joined on forum and post this thread on same day . When i joined this forum i needed a month of reading and about 30 posts for asking questions just to learn basic things which aren't clear from manual .
On the other hand this was my first pbem as Japan which is pain in the ass when you play it for the first time and i lost a huge amount of time and nerves while doing turns . Maybe that is why i have that impresion .

you are right. never accept pbem from very new player...
i did it once, smashed this guy which was politely enough to notice he won't be able to continue but he was rude enough not to admit that he was defeated in this game-----

As Japanese I started a game when I first bought WiTP with a total newbie.
After 2 turns zip naadaa nothing ever since[8|]
