Forge of Freedom Serial Number

Hello. I installed my Forge of Freedom game via digital download. It ran one time after exiting game and trying to restart it. I now get invalid serial number error and cant play the game. Does anyone have any fixes for this problem? Thanks in advance.

Just in case anyone else has the same problem. I unistalled the game then reinstalled and when installing there is a question to allow only active user or all users(or some message like it) during install. Select any user and the problem went away.

Help We just ordered the Forge of Freedom civil war game on 12/10/2006 for our boss. We now have a message to download the product and I have questions. I can not find a phone number to talk to someone and right now I would like to send back but I don't think I can. Any suggestions?
