Ok, not exactly America to start with, but I wanted to create a thread for the remaining 7 map segments. The first one, shown here, is for the northern North Atlantic. The last 6 map segments are: 2 for Canada, 1 USA, 1 Central America, and 2 South America.

The text Sognefjord is misplaced in south-western Norway. The fjord just north of Stavanger where the text
Sognefjord is located is called Boknafjord.
The real Sognefjord is located just north of Bergen where the weather zone boundary is drawn.

Corrected this.

-The long fjord between Hafrsfjord and Sognefjord is Hardangerfjord
-The fjord near the sea area border is Nordfjord
-The fjord Trondheim is adjacent to (not shown above) is Trondheimsfjorden

Given the importance of Shetland during the war, it's tempting to move the sea border so Lerwick would be adjacent to both north sea and Faeroes gap.
This would be a change from how WiFFE works, but still..

Also, for play balance, I'd advocate to move the sea border around Faroes islands 1 hex further away.
As shown, an 8-range aircraft in Torshavn can cover 3 important sea areas, which I think is to powerful.
The sea boundary should be changed so that Torshavn is 5 hexes away from Norwegian sea, and maybe even more for faeroes gap.
I'd actually advocate moving the border so Iceland would be on the border between Faeroes and Denmark strait. This would be a much better aproximation to military reality. I think the main reason WifFE has this the way it has is the limitations of offmap boxes, which makes it awkward to create offmap islands that border multiple sea areas.
