Early Januaryish. We'll soon be giving you guys an updated list with some of the new features and fixed bugs it will contain. There will be so much rejoicing you'll think you had eaten Sir Robin's minstrels.

Is this some outlandish semi-cannibalistic activity only known to the New World?

Roger

From England where we gave up such practices many centuries ago - though to be fair killing some current pop minstrels might be a blessing!

You have never heard of Monty Python? They were after all an ENGLISH comedy group.

Yes.... maybe its the level of sustained alcohol in my bloodstream over the last few days but I cannot see the connection with Gil's original comment....

Maybe I'm just a leetle thick?

There will be so much rejoicing you'll think you had eaten Sir Robin's minstrels.

For those of us especially familiar with Monty Python & the Holy Grail, the comment was pretty obviously a reference to the movie. Robin's minstrels are a key element, they meet their end in a similar manner, and there is much "rejoicing".

Clearly the comment was meant in a light hearted manner and I suspect it has already produced far more drama than Gil could ever have imagined.

I am now enlightened. I must confess to being kind of passed by by Monty Python - heresy I know.

Oops, beware of the Scots and the Welsh........they get a bit touchy about such comments!

Say I wonder if that site also has the words to the Camelot or Knights of the Round Table song?

[:)][:)][8|][:D]

The French throwing poop on everyone from the battlements was hilarious.

'We have our own duly elected constitutional government your highness.', or something like that, from the peasant to the King was also great.

Thanx for telling me there is a collector's edition, I don't even have the non-collector's edition. [:(]

Good lines you chose there to help remember the movie.

This thread is rather telling about the fans of this game. I suspect most of us are sporting a few gray hairs (or no hair at all).

Most youngsters don't even know who Monty Python is; I made a reference to it in a particular conversation and some youngish 20-somethings looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

"It's the Knights that say 'Ni!,' haven't you heard of them?" - Blank stares - "Damn it, what's wrong with you kids today!"

Regards,
Feltan

I always get treated like that, but not just by young nerdlings but by older nerds my age and beyond. Sometimes people get jealous of any knowledge you have and etc., and think the world must agree with only them. A very infantile outlook on things and way to be.

So, 'I fart in their direction. And will pour liquid poop-soup-zupa on them if they assail my abode, which I could most likely have plenty of that material ready in an instant since I can be full of it at times.' [8|]
