Decided to move this off topic discussion away from the Nappy/Wellington thread.
Well apparently you cannot read English either. What I said was we can use biologicals on Radical Islam (which as I pointed out is really not a religion, it is just hiding under a religion, just like some "christians" use christianity as an excuse for their acts), yes that implies some collateral damage but then again, most of the areas where that would occur are not exactly innocent, some even outright harboring the enemies of my nation. What your nationality has to do with anything is that it is very easy to tell us what to do when you have not done it yourselves. We have done bad things in our past (Sherman was not alone in that opinion, in fact it was a majority opinion at the time, but your people once felt that way about the "barbarians", Turks, Romani, Poles, Jews...) but we have also endeavored to assist people in improving their lives and it has only gained us hate. Also it is not racism, it is nationalism. As for understanding, I am sure this would go easier if I spoke your language but I don't and you apparently have a poor grasp of mine since you keep misstating things.
Name 1 nationality or race that the Russians have exterminated from this planet. As for the Air Force we, along with our British allies, engaged in a policy of TERROR bombing civilians, so yes, to those bombed they were terrorist acts, including the nuclear bombs. But we did it with the purpose of ending a bloody war and immediately proceeded to rebuild the nations we bombed.
Radical Islam has chosen this path to create a bloody war with the intent of subjugating the planet to their will. So we were terrorists once and liberators as well, mostly because those we fought could be reasoned with and brought to accept the system we offered. Radical Islam has repeatedly expressed that they would choose death over our system so I think they should get it.

Well they decimated every nation which were unlucky to fall under their feets (ask germans, poles, bulgarians etc.) of course including their own brethen. Have you ever heard of Gulags? Solzhenicin (sp?) They sent to concentration camps of their own (called Gulags) people who barely survived Auschwitz, people who have fought for them ever since 1917 basically everybody, with your words flat out.
