I was wondering how many players are interested in a PBEM Tournament?
Before you say 'sign me up' please note that players are requiered to:
1) Sign up and post results of all tournament games at the ladder
here
2) play 2 games at the same time (one as axis one as allies) against seperate opponents per round, max 10 rounds.
3) return game files within 48 hours of receiving them
4) Have fun and be a good sport
If I get enough interest I will then post the rules.
There will be a trophy type prize for first place and possibly second place also, I am in the process of shopping/bidding on possible prize(s)

Yes..........................most fun, me like. The requirements for the 48 hour return time plus 2 sides at once would be ameliorated in a 2x2.......please include such a setup in the tourney.

There seems to be a bit of an issue with having to return files of 2 current on-going games within 48hrs which equals 1 file per day.
The way the rule will be worded is that you have to return the file within 48hrs or email your opponent within the 48hrs to explain the delay and when they can expect the turn.
The whole point here is to keep the games progressing and become aware of awol players quickly.

Also please note that in the beginning of the games there is not that much to do in your allied game, and in the endgame with axis on defense there probably is not that much to do in your axis game.

OK, I will give this a shot. I have played through all powers against the AI and I'm on my 2nd game against a human.

I would like to participate too. But as some others I cannot give a 48/turn guarantee. During business trips it might take considerably longer. In any case I will inform my opponents about any potential delays.
