Eric, I have been plaing around with Amos's 1861 scenario and it loads fine but when I go to a saved game I get an error: PROVINCE INFO FAILED COLUMN CHECK. What have I done wrong, please help.
Has any one seen this? It is really making me mad. I download amos zip then extracted it to a renamed copy of the original july scenario in the scenario folder. It opens fine and appears to save fine but when I try to reload it gives me this error. PLEASE HELP!

No, I haven't seen this yet, maybe once, can't remember but it doesn't seem like it. Sorry to hear that. It's a good mod with the Leaders placed good at the start etc.
Someone hopefully will help you.
Chris

greetings, do not know if this can help but, at least for my understand each scenario sub-folder must have on them the ten (10) scenario files
aside them are modified or not, if you modified some files and only place a scenario folder with only the modifies files it is going to give problems,
you can see what files are these seeing on the main default scenario folders, maybe this can be the problem, beyond that said i can say more,
of course hope it helps,
with best regards,
Murat30.

The error in question has to do with the AcwProvince.txt file being of improper format. I can help answer questions related to modding in general, and if there is enough interest, we will consider putting together a "modders guide", however, I regret I don't have the resources to help debug mods and installations of mods that people are working on.
