so, I bought the game. Only I can't seem to subscribe to the service. I keep going around the merry go round on the sign up page. No where does it let me punch in my digits for subscribing.

I also seem to need a cd key...yet none was sent to my email...(where I purchased the game).

I ran into this exact same problem six months ago when I tried to purchase a subscription and eventually gave up.

Operator error.

ya know. When I purchase a game. I shouldn't have to spend an hour convincing the server to let me log in and give my credit card info.

getting rather frustrated here.

Agreed on that. Once you have the new installer, please let us know if it resolves this issue as well or not. We're concerned to make sure this is an enjoyable experience for our customers, not a frustration.
