is there anyway to expand the rosters to include minor league prospects so we can have more players then just 40 that way we can fill out or AA and single A minor and promote/demote from teh minors

The only way will be selecting the roster size at 60 players when creating your organization. However, it may add fictional players. Not sure if anyone can confirm on that.
