One question for the stuff...
Is it possible to buy game by download only. And later on, if I cannot download it (problem on mine side, bad comp, line etc...) too order ONLY physical shipment of the game (for about 10€ with handling , around that sum...). So that I get a hard copy of the game?

you better be carefull with these people. Buy the hard copy. i am fighting with them now. I bought a game that would not run on my computer. they will not give me my money back, or exchange for another game. American express is opening a complaint against them. Just watch what you are doing. I dont trust them as far as i can throw them....

Sorry that service is not possible.

You can redownload the software though if you face problems during the initial transfer.

If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from www.stardownloader.com It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause and resume them whenever you want.

Jeez, DR has this options still up in the store? This should not be available please ignore them. I will notify the respective powers to double check this.

Yes, you can burn the installation file to CD or DVD, just as you like. Just make sure you do not loose the serial number too. I would recommend to burn it to the CD along with the installer.

In fact our license agreement grants you the right to make backup for personal use.

Yes, we've been trying to get these removed for some time as they cause confusion. This is an internal DR service that basically burns a disc and ships it in a sleeve. This is NOT our physical version with the color DVD case and color CD.
