Are there mods for Crown of Glory around?

There's a mod's thread stickied though it only has a couple mods in it.  There is a lot of hints on how to mod some files in it.  Basically, look in the text files if you want to play with stuff.   I'm not aware of a community website with additional mods at the moment.
