If you have multiple armies, is there a way to combine them all?

You do not have multiple armies, but different Corps, all part of one Army.
Even the Russian Corps are part of a joint Austro-Russian Army.

You can place several Corps in the same place, but as you are aware they will move around at seperate speeds, so they will not stay together long. Placing them directly under the Army Commander (at the same site) will get them to co-operate more ( but not much ). This is best done prior to an anticipated Battle, where you would only move a small distance from the meeting point.

However, the point of the game, due to the tactics of the period, is to out-manouvre the enemy (Army) Corps with your (Army) Corps.
If the enemy has (say) 6 corps & you have (say) 6, you try to gain a positional advantage whereby ( say) 2 or 3 or your Corps attack (say) 1 of the enemies or (say) 4 or 5 Corps attack (say) 2 or 3 Corps. Each would enable you to win by superior numbers and then engage and destroy the remaining Corps.
