If this should fall under support I apologize. I recently had a hard drive crash..did not backup Puresim. Good news is I was not in the middle of any season, or anything like that.

I thought I read somewhere that you were aloud two downloads, is that correct? Is it simply going to "downloads" and inputing my registration # and thats it?

Just need some advice here. Thanks guys.

You can keep two copies going. If your ID is locked, the company can reset it. There is no limit to the number of hard drive crashes you are allowed .
