120% Arty Effectiveness -- Built-in to DV?

Was arty tweaked in the OOBs to reflect the proper 120% arty effectiveness, or is this still to be manually adjusted in the "Preferences" screen?

Naw you know we have no way to do that Gunny...only Mr Wood could have done that.
