Exporting Playbooks

I am trying to export a playbook and I keep getting a runtime error 53, then I cannot edit anymore playbooks, different runtime errors. Any ideas?
A file is missing.. although I do not know what one.
Please zip up the complete contents of the plays folder (just right click on the plays folder and select 'send to compressed file') and email to support@wintervalley.com then let me know what playbook you're trying to export so I can replicate it here.
