Is there anything I can do outside of buying another copy of the game? I know a lot of companies will let you take a jpeg of your CD and they'll send you another key but I don't know if Matrix has anything like that.

If you bought online it should be easy for them to check. I'm sure you'll find a way to work that out. [:)]

If you have the actual CD, isnt the key actually printed ON the CD? It is for mine.

Don't forget you may still find it with regedit.

Did you purchase the product directly through us? If yes you can retrieve your order information through www.findmyorder.com, enter your order number and password, or you can go to our E-Store at http://www.matrixgames.com/store.asp and click on "Store FAQs", once there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Please keep in mind that you should always make physical backups (prints, notes etc.) of important information like email invoices, serial numbers and order information. Also please remember to register your games.

The serial number is also printed on the CD itself. If you bought through a reseller, please contact them. They should have all your info.
