Howdy!

I purchased this title from an EBGames retail store in the local shopping mall. Installs ok.

First box pops up with request for number from the "validation card".

I have a "Key Code" on the back of the CD-Rom envelope, so I assumed it was asking for that. It appears in this format:

XxXXx-XxxXx-XXXxx-xXXxx-SFI1992

I have attempted to enter in this number with and without dashes, with and without the "SFI1992" number on the end, and I continue to get an error message:

"Unexpected length, please enter the number on your validation card exactly as shown, including any underscores."

What am I doing wrong?

Are the "underscores" as mentioned in the error message the seperating dashes?

The Matrix Games website was where I first heard of the title. I bought it locally to get my hands on it faster.
