I read the manual about plundering, but it does not say how to give a unit the order to plunder. The AI plunders away.

I know there must be no forts in the province. But I can't seem to find how to give the order.

I believe there is a button to select/unselect on your container's main screen interface. It sould be right next to the seek/avoid battle button.
