I see the overview page says an editor is included, can someone elaborate on that a bit? Does this include a map maker? If not how are maps made?

With the included editor you can design scenarios based upon maps that are provided / or that you downloaded and installed.

Maps are hand drawn and hand coded. The process is a little bit involved (at least if you have never worked with a paint program before) but manageable. Check the CSO website and forums. Plenty of people there that can explain you what you need and how to get started.

At CSO we have 1030 hand made custom maps that can be used in CoI. Of course some are made for the different mods. See this link for a downlaod listing of maps http://www.closecombat.org/CSO/index.ph ... erby=dateD
