College-based Leagues Available?

Are college-based leagues already developed and available for download?
If so, where?

ArtD, if you go to FBmax you will find a number of college uniforms, something like about 50, that are ready to go, you just need to set the leagues up. I did about 48 of the college teams and my plan is to do a major US college league with 4 divisions, 12 teams per division. Besides the team uniforms there is also field art for the teams.
