I am pleased to announce that a new website will be coming online in the next several days.

It will be dedicated to Starshatter and Starshatter mods in particular.[;)]

All you oldie but goodie modders out there... prepare your creations for inclusion in and on this site.

Now we will have a mod space dock, from which we can investigate and download the mods that interest all commanders that want to get their butts kicked in galaxies far, far away.

Nice Wdboyd! It's been a while since I've gotten on, I had a hard-drive melt down almost a year back and lost everything, my entire mod database... almost made a grown man cry... Glad to see a new site go up since Starshatter Central went down with no word from anyone.  I'm working on rebuilding my mod stuff and getting ASU v3 going, so you'll be hearing from me... [8D]

Maybe if the word gets around more then some of the other old timers might consider another swing with the newer SS engine.

Diablico was one of the most active in mission creation as I recall. Mr D and TurgotZ each had a excellent TOS mods in progress. And of course we know where Damo, congrats again to him. His talent deserves as such.

then also there was Pheagey, crazyeddie, 2Harry, Pheonix Starflare, Incendiary Lemon, gillbo...and the list goes on.

all these modders had some great stuff in the old game engine, it would be great to see those mods in TGS.

I have some old missions from stock SS stuff to full mod missions. I am going to update what I can and see about getting it posted on the new SS mod site.

As far as the mods created by these people, I wouldn't feel right modifing what I have without their ok...

maybe the community can, once again, get fired up about this great game!

Dragon Lady was doing something called Goddess Fleet. What happened to her?

I'll see if I can convert my mod to TSG as well. I'm not sure if I will include the campaign replacement files (perhaps optional later on) because I don't think my creations can compete with the new installations from Damocles and most people wouldn't want to have the stock fleets replaced I guess.

Adonnay, I believe I downloaded a fleet mod of yours from grouper way back when... it's a mssive addition of several ships, including BBs and Dreadnoughts. I'm using the heck out of it now... I'd love to have a new version of it, if you have one.

I believe the version I have is 0.61... the file in my mods folder is named adonnay061. I'd like to use it in my new upcoming campaign, it's quite an impressive mod.

I also am using the heck out of the Starclass cruiser mod... but I can't remember who created that one.

Dragon Lady and Diab both just fell out of existance, I tried quite a few times to catch up with Diab, but he never returned my emails...

I would really love to see the Babylon 5 mod for starshatter. i'm fan of both. i wish to spend times modding, but the problem is i don't have that much time. learning to mod and building it sure require a massive amount of attention and concentration, not to mention, TIME.
