So I'm still new to Puresim but have had enough free time since starting to play out almost all games(until I've been knocked out of playof contention) in 2 plus seasons.
I started with the 1970 Red Sox and Mike Andrews at second. In the draft before season 3 I drafted Billy Almon in the 5th round just because he is from my hometown. In the first two seasons I played out I had very few double plays starting with Mike Andrew at second but now in my third season with Almon there I see a huge jump in DP when the ball is hit his way.
I am so glad I found this game as it is both FUN and accurate!! I started playing baseball sims way back with Longball, Strat, Statis-Pro(the best of the Board games). As far as computer games I was playing OOTP and I've switched so I'll just leave it at that.
I would also like to say that everyone on this board seems very dedicticed to ENJOYING the game for what it is insted of what it is not.
