Original pacwar didnt have a stat like that but it is in matrix ver and i havent found any explanation for it.

Example:

Plane TTA
Ki-43 Oscar 0
J1N2-S Irving 40
Ki-44 Tojo 55
J2M2 Jack 80

Its not armor is it?
