Where to go for BHQ support?

I have someone who need help getting a BHQ account started. Who is supporting BHQ? Here's his post from the Red Devils forum:

I have a problem with it.
Registered overthere, it said I would receive an e-mail with the password. But I didn't get anything.
Went to: "forgot password", it said they would send it to me again, but still nothing!
I tried to subscribe again, but it said that my user name is already in use!
What now?
