The server data loads incorrectly in the gs.ini file (in the windows folder)
Make sure it lists the following:
[AutoConnect]
DefaultIP="208.185.88.178"
DefaultHTTPPort="8080"
Once you have made that change and reboot, then set up a new account, and you be set!
TO play via MGN, one player creates a room, then the the others join the room making sure they press the configure button, and selct "Do not use DirectPlay" and browse to the SPWaW directory and select "autoru.exe"
The player who set up the room is "the host" and hits "launch" to start the game. The menu should come up and from which select "Play SPwaW". When thte game comes up choose "Online Game" and "Create game" Then select Save, battle, or scenario as appropriate. All players must have the file - so if a scen or save, email it to the other players. ONce the game is selected, battle conditions setup, the host will see the other players join.
THe non-host players game should start when the host hits "launch". When it gets to the connect dialogue - press the control and v keys simultaneously. When all the players are connected the host hits begin game and off you go!!
