Windowed Mode in W2K

I have played V1&2 of SPW@W in windowed mode using W98, but I cannot get v4 to play in windowed mode using W2K. I have tried the alt+enter and it does not work. My LCD screen looks bad when it streches SPW@W to 1024x768, but if I could get it to play in a window it will look great and be less of a strain on my eyes.
Does anyone know how to run SPW@W in a window using W2K.
