XML Parsing Error after editing equipment - Fix

If you get the error...
XML Parsing Error..... unterminated tag at 29123 column 13
after loading an updated equipment file into TOAW
after updating equipment using XMLPad,
You need to do the following,
Open the file
Select Advanced Save Options
Select UTF 8
save the file
Note that this isn't an error, things are working as designed<g>
UTF-8 is a relatively new standard.
