When is there going to be a new Patch?

I was wondering when the new Patch is coming out because there is now way this game is done. Between fighters crashing on landing on the CV or escorts wondering around the galaxy unable to keep formation are just a few of this game's problems. It is a good indevour, finally a 3D space combat capital ship scale but there is no way it can be called finished.
