1) Can anyone describe how to best use the block out command?

2) I am attempting to create a defense with man 2 man for everyone except the safties (nickle formation). How can I force the two linebackers to guard the players in the backfield if they exist otherwise gaurd someone on the outside (I have tried using the rankings but on some formations my linebackers end up guarding someone outside and a DB is positioned where the linebacker would normally be positioned.)

3) Finally, do quarterbacks scramble and sometimes run if receivers are not open (are there any commands which I can use to increase the chance of this happaning?)

I am not sure what the question is.  Block Out mean that the lineman will fire out into his block.

If the LB keys on the RB, the LB should switch of to a receiver if no RB is in the game.  This may change in the future though.

Yes, the QB does scramble.  This is based on his Pocket Passer skill and the QBScramble_Threshold number in the Constants file.
 

I am finding in the games I have played so far, both my team and the computer controlled teams are having difficulty running the ball.  On the other hand passing by my teams come easy while the computer struggles.  I would like to try adjusting the constants file. 
 
Is there a description of the content of the constants file and a description on how to make modifications?
