Purchased game today and when I tried to install got SN# NOT VALID, I even coppied and past from purchase e-mail SN# still no go. Sorrry for post here trying to find where to go or who to ask for help. HELP???????? SQUIDMAN

SQUIDMAN, this is often caused by a cut and paste operation including a CR/LF at the end of the line. I noticed this the first time I installed. If you carefully select the text so that you don't get the CR/LF at the end of the line or manually type in the text it should work fine.

Also - if that doesn't work I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling. A friend of mine accidentially entered the wrong SN and said he had to do this in order to get it working, although I believe there is a text file with this data in it that you could probably just edit by hand. That's more of a question for the developers though..
