Auto-Fill Glitch??

Using latest patch v 1.3.149 US rules Pro league. I am starting season 2, and after training camp and making cuts i hit auto fill before manually adjusting rosters and one thing I see all across the league is that my centers are not being placed. It places an OL as the center. Shouldn't a center, if on the roster, automaticaly be placed in the center's position? It would help if this were fixed.
