OK, thought I'd try the single player version of MMCCIII. Played a bit as the Germans, but after about half a dozen battles I noticed that the Russians were somehow able to get several KV-1 and T-34 tanks on a supposedly 90-point allocation. However, when I try the Russians, getting any tanks at all is near impossible so soon.

Question: What gives?

When you play the AI there is a built in handicap.
