Japanese Player Wanted

I am looking for a Japanese player for
Scenario = War in the Pacific
1 Round = 1 Day
7th December Historical
No Sub Based Invasions
ASW TF Limeted to 4 ships per hex
Sub Doctrines Off
Allied Damage controll On
Reinforcements +/- 60?
Upgrades controlled by Player?
And any other rules ect as you might prefere
(As 1 Round = 1 Day, the game will take a few years [in real time], so be sure about what rules you suggest.
Im very committed, and for me the most important is that an opponent stay the fight out, and dont quit, even when/if it starts getting really really hard.
