Spring is in the air and spring training is in full swing. I was in San Diego last weekend walked around Petco - the warning track was a perfect maroon contrast to the emerald grass the big TREVOR TIME and '479' on the scoreboard. Then I drove past Fenway and knew it ws time for BASEBALL - wich means time for FANTASY BASEBALL.

I think my karma was expended last season with my end of the year run of luck so this is likely to be a good time to get past me and get a freebie or first! And best of all its FREE to join!

We will have three leagues again this year:

Matrix Basic - a standard Yahoo league
Matrix Basic Baseball (ID# 212110) Password: Matrix
It has an Autodraft and a 10 team limit.

Matrix Weekly - same as last year - you can only change your roster on Mondays
Matrix Weekly Baseball (ID# 212230) Password: Matrix
It has an auto Draft and 10 team limit

Maatrix Pro - similar to last year, but using extra Corner and Middle infilders instead of a singel generic infielder and 5 starters and 4 relievers and no "any" pitcher.
Matrix Pro Baseball (ID# 212262) Password: Matrix.
It has an online draft on mar 25 at 3pm EDT.

Last year was my first go at fantasy baseball and I will admit it turned out to be great fun. I recomend to anyone who is even a "passing interest" fan to try it out.I look forward to my 2 free games I will be earning in september. Give them to me now...If on the outside chance I dont win both leagues I'll give them back

Man, the autodraft gave me a pretty damn good team in the Matrix Pro League.
