I'm a Keyboard+Mouse user.
Was having some trouble with the mouse configuration though:

The mouse seems to default control Yaw and Pitch of your spacecraft; which is good for Spaceflight.
However for atomospheric, the flight system requires Pitch and Roll as your primary control methods (Yaw becomes innefective).
This makes the default Mouse axis configuration useless for atmospheric mode.

How do I reconfigure the Mouse Axis to control Pitch and Roll instead of Pitch and Yaw?

I think its the J-key. its in the options menu for "Swap control axis".

I had this problem as well and had to resort to using the KB for aptmospheric combat. The J key only effects the keyboard controlls and as far as I know there isnt an option for changing the mouse to pitch and roll mode. Perhaps this can be done in the .ini or something?
