Was playing CSA and noticed that despite good relations with the foreign powers, I was not getting a lot of cargos for my blocade runners. Then looked around the map and found that there were several offers of goods among the great lakes sea zones--of course there is no way to get to these.

Not a huge problem, but just something that I noticed...
