Best Close Combat moment

Post your best Close Combat moment!
Got the idea from Red Orchestra forums, also an excellent game.


Mine comes from CC2, playing against a friend, I'm playing as allied and while I don't remember the details of the battle, I however remember my sniper charging the enemy FlaK 36, jumping down into it's pit and go on with killing all 8 crew in hand to hand combat [X(]
We both sat there amazed... wondering.. will he make it.

For me one sticks out for some reason, and it was from CC2. I forget which map it was but I had an MG team in a house holding down the other end of a bridge when the germans moved in and forced my other squads to back off from crossing(I had lost the scouts that went with the MG team) so there they were alone with nothing but germans on their side.

Then the germans decided they were going to take out that MG team no matter what and sent squad after squad after them...it was intense as the MG team looked like it was going to break under the pressure, and ammo ran low. After all was said and done they had wiped out more then half the german force on the map. It was one hell of a stand, and I don't think I had ever been so proud of little computer graphic guys in my whole life [:D]. I can think of many others but it's funny how many of them were in CC2, the in town, house to house fighting was the best.

In fact when is that CC2 re-release coming?
