A few comments

Everything works great so far. Just a few comments observations . . .
1. Getting a lot of empty upgrade lists late in the war. If there is no options available to select, you shouldnt show the upgrademenu - gets annoying after awhile as they keep popping up with no options to select
2. Governor requests much better but needs to be tweaked down about 25% - still too many
3. I had Boston maxed out in buildings 28 out of 28 and got a governor request - impossible to fulfill. Not good.
Thats it fo rnow, need to start up a new game. BTW - tactical AI kicks my butt.
