Some time ago, I purchased the CD_ROM version of Steel Panthers v8.2. It has the annoying habit of freezing when switching between scenarios. The entire computer freezes and not even Ctl-Alt-Del works, I actually have to power off and back to get my computer back. I have erased all the files and loaded the CD again, but the same problem persists. Is this ubiquitous to this version. Is there a fix for this, or did I get a bum copy?

make sure you dont have anything running in the background, like Anti virus programs and such
