Cant Install SPWAW5.01

I decided to uninstall my old spawaw4.5 and download the complete 5.01 and install it fresh. I cant get the exec file for installation to run. When I open the spwaw5.01-internet zip file, and then double click the spawaw50-internet file, my computer just shows the "processing" cursor and fails to load. I have to alt-control-delete and end the unresponding spwaw task... does anyone know what i am doing wrong?
