Is it true that the turn after an HQ moves, it broadcasts a "limited" supply, and if it doesnt move that turn then on the next turn it broadcasts it's "full" supply burst?
Mobile HQ's. Do they broadcast a limited supply burst the turn after moving, and if they dont move again they can reach their full burst potential?

I believe the answer is yes for Moble HQ's. Maybe someone else can confirm my post.

If you right click on an HQ, it will tell you what kind of command radius it has, as per the 'power rating' value - ie in this case, 20 OP's normally or 14 OP's the turn after moving. Static HQ's have no mobile power rating and do not have a command radius the turn after moving. Use the turn buttons in the HQ display on the right side of the screen to get an idea of the predicted command radius of the HQ.

Only mobile HQ get the limited burst the turn after moving. A static HQ gets no burst the turn after moving. Both will have full burst after sitting a turn in the new location.
P.S. Chris' pop up shows some of the new info (added in the patch) on what a given HQ can do [:D]

I have noticed that the burst of Attack Supply unitts sems to extend into enemy territory. This senms a bit odd.

If you think of the HQ radius as being more radio comms based than landline, it tends to make sense.

This can be a good thing. Remember that the HQ burst supplies nothing itself. The unit must receive normal supply AND be in the HQ burst to reload attack bullets. So in the stock scenarios its nothing really.
In a totally hypothetical situation, say if you had a naval landing or a close in airborne drop, the parent unit could enable bullets (if another supply source is there too). There are also numerous accounts of US armored divisions piercing German lines and not keeping a neat & tidy frontline. It would be a correct feature in these cases.
