In a pbem game the Axis player has just won a major victory (my opponent unfortunately....) however the battle in Russia has barely started so we decided to play on and I selected this option.

However.... I was then asked to input a password for neutral. And then am unable to get beyond this turn until a battle in Ireland is resolved (there is NO battle in Ireland (at least in game terms ! )

My opponent tells me that he has experienced this in single player mode also.

I have the save. Happy to forward it if it can be of use.

The easiest would be if you can post it here in a zip file.

gif/txt/jpg are supported

and will not allow me to send a zip, am I doing something wrong ?

You are not doing something wrong, it won't accept it. Which I had forgotten.
