I am having a problem with needing to choose a research option twice before I actually getting it.

I am playing the beta version and the 'coming fury' scenario as the CSA. Not all research but about 4 out of the 10 research options so far have needed to be chosen in 2 consecutive turns before it shows up in the event screen.

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing deja-vu when selecting research options?

I do have a save game just before this occurs.

Also, it would be nice to know what the total research is, instead of just the light globes [&o] Sometimes all the light globes are yellow and it still takes a couple of turns before you get to chose a research option.

Once or twice i have noticed while scrolling after making a selection, some how my choice was "depressed" so it wasnt bright red.
That caused the selection to be postponed. Now i check before leaving the menu every time.
Cant say if that is what is happening to, but i would check that.

I found if you click on the picture instead of the text the selection works better. I used to have the same problem clicking on the text.

Damm, I thought I found a bug, but it was just me being too fast.

I tested out clicking on the picture with my save games and it works each time [:)]

Just make sure the upgrade's name is in bright red, not that brownish color. If it's red, you're golden.
