For the last two days my user name was good. Now today I come home and try to check my account with the store and I'm told my user name is not found in the data base. I'm confused!

Nor can I enter the help desk cause of the same reason. Whats going on??????

The help desk uses a seperate password (you can use the same ones if you want to keep it simple.

He gyrations on the store are for a reason:

We have to take the orders and transfer the data form one program in one format into a different program in a different format.

We tried it one way had an error, so now the records with errors have to be deleted and reentered, casuing a new customer entry to be generated.

SOme of you were enetered and were "all set" but becasue of database field errors we had to delete you and re-enter.

We know its a pain in the butt, but you may get several emails over teh weekend as we work through getting the formats synched up in the new software.

We are still waiting to hear from the CD producer who is on vactaion or something now and we can't get the info to find out what is going on with the CD's other than he said he shipped them and they never showed up.

So there is nothing we can do but focus on what we have control over - the database transfer...

Obviously we have found a new CD producer...

Just curious. Was your CD producer "low bid"?

You're not alone Paul. I worked with adidas America last holiday season on their online initative. we had their entire online store up and ready to take holiday orders, only for their holiday inventory to get stuck between the manufacturer and the fufillment warehouse. They had only a small fraction of products available in time for the holiday blitz. They lost millions. The VP of ecommerce got the axe..

How do we know if we're still in the loop,if we can't check our account?

If you can't check your account then you know you are not back in the loop yet.
