Funky command line greeting

The greeting on the forum command line is changing. If you enter a thread, the greeting says Hello, (whomever posted last). It does not seem to effect anything else. If you post, it picks the correct login name. I don't know what happens if you log out under the name that appears.

Yes it has been that way for some time and nobody can figure out why...its harmless, just a bit annoying perhaps...though one fan of Wild Bill loves to find threads where he gets to be Wild Bill
